We want you to feel fabulous in your NFD pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return carrier and choose whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the generated return label to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
